MOLY/SM GREASE

Special infusible grease with molybdenum disulfide.
To be used in a very wide temperature range and in all cases where a
high lubricating power is required under heavy-duty conditions.
Temperatures from -20°C a + 200°C.

CUPRUM 320 - COPPER GREASE

Antiscuff copper paste, suitable in all cases where the
heat or a corrosive atmosphere may cause irreversible seizures on pivots of
engine exhaust manifolds, on flange and expansion joints, cover hinge screws
for boiler inspections, screwed nipples, injection valves, diesel engine
cylinder heads. Suitable for temperatures from -30°C to + 1100°C.

STAFOR PH/AL HIGH-TEMPERATURE NICKEL GREASE

Antiscuff compound with nickel-aluminium-graphite base.
It seals and protects metallic couplings under extreme heating and pressure
conditions. It facilitates the assembling and disassembling of bolts, pivots,
flanges, screws, etc. Suitable for temperatures up to 1400°C.

LITH GR2 - GRAPHITE GREASE

Multipurpose graphite grease with lithium metallic-soap base.
It has excellent antiwear qualities which make it particularly suitable for the
lubrication of bearings, rolling mill tables, carriages, articulated joints,
chains. Suitable for temperatures up to 140°C, it ensures a dry-film
lubrication when this temperature is accidentally exceeded.

Excellent transparent, detaching grease of petrolatum appearance,
used for rubber and plastic processing. Water-repellent dielectric for the

joints, for laboratory equipment and industrial plants in corrosive atmospheres.
It keeps its lubricating properties unaltered from -6O°C to + 250°C.

Emulsifiable cutting oil for mechanical working.
Mixed with water it makes up a stable emulsion with high wetting, cooling

TURBO 68 OIL

Highly refined lubricant, extraordinarily oxidation-and-corrosion-resistant, whose foam
formation resistance makes it long. working. Its field of application is wide: bearings for light
and fast machines, tool-machine heads, reduction units and gears in closed case, hydraulic and
steam-turbines, and any machinery working in standard conditions. Available in ISO 68 gradation.

TRM - TRANSMISSION OIL

Pure mineral oil with medium viscosity index.
Suitable for the general lubrication of machines and transmissions.

LUBROFLUID 18 - AIR FILTER OIL

PRESS - COMPRESSOR OIL

Oil for air- and gas-compressors, available in the following gradations:

PRESS 20	for horizontal reciprocating compressors up to 10 atm. for rotary compressors up to 3 atm.
PRESS 30	for horizontal reciprocating compressors from 10 to 70 atm. for air pumps.
PRESS 40	for horizontal reciprocating compressors from 70 to 200 atm. for vertical reciprocating compressors.
PRESS 50	for rotary compressor over 3 atm.
PRESS 60	for horizontal reciprocating compressors over 200 atm.

Limpid silicone fluids maintain their characteristics from
-50°C to +200°C. Particularly suitable as hydraulic oils for shock-absobers,
pumps, braking cylinders. Excellent water-repellent dielectrics, they can be
used as oiling, waterproofing, plastifying lubricants in textile, rubber and
plastic workings. Suitable also in other fields, such as for photocopying
machines and as dampening liquids for measuring instruments and in thermostatic
bath. Normally available in the following gradations: 100-350-1.000 and
others on request.
